Raisin- Apple Bread

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsps. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsps. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsps. ground nutmeg
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups grated apple
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Grease & flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, & oats. Add apple, nuts, raisins, eggs, milk, & oil. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until done. Cool on wire rack.
